At Smart Circle, the independent sales companies we work with, our executives, team leaders and business partners continuously impress and inspire us. We always strive to deliver the best face-to-face marketing and in-person sales solutions. As a result, we can meet and exceed the expectations of our clients, ranging for the world’s leading brands, top retailers, and leaders in emerging markets. Every year, we celebrate our dedication and passion with an R&R event for our company, partners, and clients.
This year, we were delighted to host our R&R retreat in beautiful Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. We were met by a Caribbean climate, white-sand beaches, crystal clear waters, and blissful tropical scenery; it was the perfect setting for connecting, establishing bonds that will last a lifetime, and simply having some well-deserved fun.
We wanted to ensure everyone felt appreciated and valued with our 2023 R&R =, which inspired us to host networking and team bonding events, so individuals had a chance to learn about and from each other.
As with each R&R, we recognized leaders from the independent sales network for their exemplary achievements. Additionally, we decided to do something special for truly outstanding Smart Circle team members! We recognized three colleagues for their professionalism, hard work, and unwavering commitment to face-to-face marketing and in-person sales.
Executive of the Year Award: Zach Brown
Zach Brown, Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), joined Smart Circle in 2019. He began as a Director of FP&A and rose to Vice President in only two short years. He has been instrumental to Smart Circle’s FP&A department and is vital to our overall success.
Industry Leader Award: Brandy Larkin
Brandy Larkin is an expert in the in-person sales industry after working in the field for over 22 years. Thankfully, Brandy joined Smart Circle in 2005 and has been an asset to our company ever since. She has worked in travel, home improvement, and roadshows. Today, she is our Retail Scheduling Director working with retail clients to coordinate retail sales events.
Industry Leader Award: Ashley Metts
Ashley Metts, Retail Scheduling Manager, is a fundamental part of the Smart Circle team. She has worked with us since 2012, starting as a Roadshow Manager and transitioning into inventory reconciliation. In 2020, Ashley began working with retail clients to ensure a smooth launch of retail sales events.
